Although the story will be familiar to many, Egyptian Streets recently featured an article covering the life of this extraordinary woman
The article makes frequent references to the Encyclopedia.com entry on Dorothy Eady.

There was also an interesting BBC documentary on her life :
Dorothy Eady a.k.a. Om Seti

Re: Dorothy Eady a.k.a. Om Seti
If I remember correctly, a once very active member of Luxor4U, Glyphdoctor, had some connection to Omm Sety. I think she may have written an academic paper, collated her archives, or written a book about her.

This is the book she wrote (I think..)

Thanks hatusu, I knew Glyphdoctor's real name yet as soon as I started writing it had slipped from my mind.

Did Glyphdoctor ever move to the West bank with her Egyptian doctor husband, as she had planned?

Teddyboy, I personally don't know. She seemed to disappear from the forums and social media soon after the 2011 revolution period. There was a time when she would pop up, make a post, and then disappear as though behind a cloak of invisibility. That being the case, she can probably see us, we just can't see her.

Re: Dorothy Eady a.k.a. Om Seti
It's an interesting story, because the sceptics and academics say that people subjected to past life regressions are not experiencing past lives, but pulling up subconscious memories from this life, such as a book they may have read or historical references they have heard of etc.
For a girl who was just 3 years old, and knew so much after her accident, this throws that theory into doubt, as back then she couldn't have had access to such information to be stored in her subconscious.
I have often wondered about the ancients and maybe that they too belived in reincarnation
and as such could then revisit themselves in thier highly decorated tombs, the glyphs and pictures telling thier life story and achievements. ?
After all, those tombs were only guarded and not sealed up properly as you might expect, with huge stones. Most were just wooden doors and a knotted rope. Hardly fort Knox.
Who knows. ?
