Well done on the new look Keefy, you must have had a hell of a lot of work to do on it.

However ..... Is there any way to get rid of the "chat" box, bottom right hand corner. Now I loved the mobile snowflakes at Christmas but this is having the same effect on me that they did on others even though it doesn't move !!!!

Everything else is great.

Just clicked the link and the page looks blue and normal to me - it's like the others!

Flags - at bottom of page. (Not the most important issue but I think ther's a glitch)

I think there is something wrong there. Only Five flags flying when it's supposed to be Top Ten!
I can't believe that there has been 11 people consistantly visiting from Afghanistan, or that it's the top user flag. Equally I can't believe that Central African Republic is no 4! And no flags for any of the Nordic coutries where we've had posts from!

No the chat cant be removed, cant see what's irritating about it, its only small if closed, which is sould be, if not just click the blue bar when open to minimise it.

Flags will be top 10 when people add there flag to their profile, the Afghanistan is from spam bots that joined before I coded the security into the forum.

New members have to add their flag on registration, however excisting members will have to go to their profile to add their flag.

Go to the user control panel (top right of page) Click Profile here you can add the flag of the country you live in. you can also choose your gender here.

RSS/ATOM feeds

The feed will show forums according the user credentials, if you have not logged in to the board, the feed will use Guests rights (members only forums wont be sent). Once you have logged in, your browser will keep the credentials wich may be passed to the feed and show forums accordingly.

Never mind. That was because I had blocked a lot of images on the old site that were unnecessary and the blocker was simply blocking everything on that page. I unblocked everything and will reblock what is appropriate on the new forum.

Is there a link on the Blueside anymore to switch over to the Greenside?

JOJO - if you click on the 'on armed bandit' on the top right of the page you can do it from there.

I've found it easier to save to my favourites/bookmarks and open Blue and Green in side by side pages!

Yup! I think you have to wait until all the Green side bits are lined up. I tried it earlier (before posting the above) and it worked for me.

Only then does it say: "Click here to visit Egypt4u forums".

I think that is cute, and see, what happens, when you hit three different colours! Very creative, I must say!

Hello, I am not sure if I am reporting this in the right place on the forum, but I just tried to play the game "BRYX" in the Arcade (I think it is in the Matching section) and twice I ended up with a black screen that said FAIL. I didn't get to play anything so I couldn't have failed hahaha

No problem Billy_whiz I will check the game out If you play the game by clicking the image or the name of the game you will get a new page (open in the same window) from here you can report games that dont work or dont save scores etc.

yes you can play the fruit machine, that's if it showing, wait till it says Click Here to visit Egypt4u...

OK i re-coded it to not show the information screen, however if we start to get a lot of double posts than I will change it back.

Bollox!!! I have IE8, hence the bother I suppose, but it won't let me download IE9 - its say I my service pack isn't supported and to use my windows update.... so I updated to service pack 3, I already have service packs 1 and 2. Can't update any more than that as it isn't available but it's still saying my service pack isn't supported!!!




Any suggestions oh technical one???
