it's not pregnancy, dears :) , these 're joking local deities, represeinting one small area of the state... The same is in Abydos in Ramses' temple... They have always so joking figure like this poor...

Otherwise I can tell U, it's a sea god, who had eaten too much sea-grasses... :P

I understood it was a pregnant Hatshepsut?? Pix like this on the red chapel in the open air museum as Karnak.
