Excellent location overlooking the Luxor temple and the new plaza area. It was nice and clean and the food when it finally arrived was very good. It is supposed to be a fast food type of outlet, but on the day we chose to visit it took ages for the food to arrive, around 30 minutes after ordering.
I agree lovely venue, with excellent views. We were here in October and had the same problem with the meals. There were 4 of us, we waited 30 minutes for our sandwiches and then only got 3, the last one didnt arrive until the others had finished eating. That said the panninis were lovely and the children enjoyed theirs
This is a fast food cafe. I have used it no more than 4 or 5 times as I have always been disappointed. On one occasion the chicken balls had been cooked in oil that was too hot, they were burnt on the outside and still raw and frozen on the inside. On another occasion I ordered a chocolate cake and ended up with one of toffee flavour. I have had coffee which has been lukewarm, and I am generally not impresssed at all with the place. It seems the staff are not very highly trained before being let loose on the public. Mrs. D
