It must be my bad luck, but over the last few years we have given this place a try and on each occasion the food was less than I had expected. In the past people have recommended this place to us,so they must have had a good meal,regrettably we never have.

Very inconsistant. Have tried this restaurant 3 times. First time was good, the other 2 were pretty awful. A shame as the staff are so nice.

Been to Gems about 7 times and the food is always excellent.
Each time you go the price gets lower as they have a loyalty scheme.

I've eaten at Jems on many occasions after being given a discount card after taking a balloon flight. I've never had a bad meal here. The staff are really attentive and lovely.

We have been here on many occasions and were only once disappointed with the food. Excellent on every other visit, and the staff are excellent. Zane is great - get him to show you some tricks whilst you have your coffee.

Frozen veg again! sorry just don't like it, had a beef tagine with veg and asked for extra veg instead of potato. Got a plate of frozen veg and a frozen veg tagine with a few bits of beef, maybe my fault for asking for extra veg but expected fresh.
Not as good as it has been on previous visits. staff nice though.
