2 months before my return to The Land of The Dead and 5 years in the UK I started to suffer severe back pain.
Simone the b***** daughter stated "I'll give you a back-massage"

Prone on the lounge coffee table she proceeded to bring "tears to mine eyes la whaala!
I couldn't walk or even arise from the coffee table.
Visited local Osteopath twice, then decided to visit an old pal the best Osteopath in East London a masseur to the stars.

7 cricks cracks, twists and turns later @ £70 quid a pop my 5**** masseur Torben is now residing in Pentonville HMP
for upskirting young females..lol.

Land of the Dead,.... hobbling about like an OAP started using Mustapha the masseuse down at Gizira Htl.
Also using my hydro regeneration pool to great success.

Turns out: I have a problem with my 'piriformis muscle, info from an intelligent american.
So, it's lovely to know the name of why I'm 'hobbling around like a prat...

Seems like I have to keep doing what I have been doing with a bit more vigor.
