"Now, not a lot of people know this...but..
The use of marijuana as a medicine or recreational drug is far more recent, perhaps as early as 1798 when Napoleon’s troops brought hashish back from their campaign in Egypt. Hashish was subsequently banned by Napoleon in Egypt, but a blind eye was taken locally in France and its use spread widely in Paris.
Locally the 100 year old family of Abu Corgia who has been providing 'smoky commestibles to westbank workers
for many many years have all been taken into custody pending investigations.
In a Country where alcohol is unacceptable and on the whole relaxation after 'a hard day's graft is difficult to find.
Yesterday talking with my pals, *I was explaining how many states in the USA have legalized the use of marijuana
and had huge shops selling all sorts of 'mary-jane (sic) derivatives, all down to the huge tax revenues..
Ps: * I don't think that they believed me..lol
