Flew Easyjet to Hurghada yesterday.

No request for any paperwork (apart from passport!) going out or on arrival. No requirement to wear masks ( although cabin crew were masked).

On enquiry via forums it has, apparently, been like this for several weeks….although the official requirement is still for vaccination or recent negative covid test plus Health Declaration.

I suppose by the time I travel in August covid will be a thing of the past. It will be about monkeypox. I can't imagine what the questions would be like on a health form. Any ideas anyone?

Something along the lines of…..

1. Have you had sex with a monkey recently?

2. Have you had sex with anyone who’s had sex with a monkey?

Flying Egyptair, I checked in with Star Alliance at Copenhagen Airport. Out of ink for my printer, I pretended not to know that I needed a paper print of my Corona pass, because I knew that they would offer to print it for me. They did not understand why they had to see it printed on paper in order to let me check in, but I told them that Egypt likes to pretend that everything is under control, and the Danish staff laughed.
On the domestic flight from Cairo, most passengers were wearing masks, so I was busy finding one in my bag, it had been a long time since I wore one of those.

Covid ? what covid ?

Seems that our general public over here have put it out of their minds and holiday's are back on again.

Pandemic what pandemic ?
And one wonders why there are queues, delays and cancellations. They blame everyone except themselves.
Holidays abroad for us the 'common-proletariat, only started to take off in the 60's..

Common to popular belief:.....
Most of the rest of the world are still suffering under the pandemic that is covid 19 or is it 20,21 ?
What and where the monkeys came into it, beggars belief.
