Its too hot at the moment to go shopping for certain items that I know I can t get in the village and being Ramadan I never know when the shops are going to be open anyway, so Im buying quite a few extra things on Amazon.eg.
Im at the age when I need all the help I can get regarding beauty items and I was looking for eyecream. I found what I wanted – a good brand , L’Oreal, for about 200LE. However I was amazed to see a little further down – MENS eyecream . Men’s ? Are their eyes different to womens? They must be. A brand Ive never heard of (Wilders) gives a price of 2850LE (!) for the same size 'Mens' eyecream !

Well, hatusu; mens' eyes have a lot more to do than a lady's! Just look at all the beautiful women they have to contend with every day, for a start.

* Men’s personal care market is expected to hit $166 billion in 2022, according to Allied Market Research.
* Nearly 40% of adults aged 18-22 have shown interest in gender-neutral beauty products, according to NPD’s iGen Beauty Consumer report.
* Male-targeted skin-care product sales have jumped 7% in the past year, NPD said.
There’s been a huge surge in male cosmetics over the last 20 years. Essentially, male and female skin is much the same, and responds to the same TLC….although men usually require more applications per square inch
The negative social aspects associated with male grooming are history.

Nothing wrong with vaseline. I used it all the time in my younger days, working on cars and scrubbing one's hands with swarfega to get the oil and grease out 3 times a day, My hands would be dry and cracked. A rub over with vaseline and next morning my hands were good as new.
Dry skin patches dissapeared overnight too.
These cosmetic companies make some ridiculous claims, and the crazy thing is that they are allowed to lie about what you can expect from their products.
The answer lies in the small print of course. Ever wonder why 74 % of people said positive things about the product, when there were maybe just 70 people involved in the test. ?
I personally would trust the more truthful unpaid opinion of the 26%.
