Sitting on my balcony...
I was thinking on the young ladies murder over in the City University just now.

Nb: (Push play below now! for delayed amniotic background sounds..)

And! the chimes from their belltower struck one.
We have the same chimes as Westminster's Big Ben, here in sunny Clerkenwell, but smaller.

They are actually really known as The Cambridge Quarters, but hey! living here and listening to
the bells over in Westminster the seat of power, is I reckon pretty damn cool.

"I'll bet not a lot of people know that, not even people who live here...

My new mate Paige said "there's a lot of churches around here.
She say's alot about London, 'she's been in London 7 days.
Seen The Lion King at the Lyceum and Dirty Dancing at the Dominion and loves the clothes and been to
Camden Market 2 twice already...lol

She's getting her bearings NSEW that sort of thing....'ding-dong... 8)

Ps: We have a Lion and a Water Melon ? on the sofa. wtf...a lion I get...

I cannot help but wonder, what sort of dancing pays £1500 per night?

Possibly the sort that would make certain men exclaim "Ding Dong" (written whilst hearing Lesley Phillips' voice).

Didn't Leslie get it from the arch cad, Terry Thomas? I'm almost sure I recall him using the same exclamation.

Wasn't his catch phrase along the lines of 'You're a right shower"?

You’re spot on…..and maybe we’re giving away our ages

And, for TT…

https://thechap.co.uk/2019/01/08/terry-thomas/

At the risk of wandering into the Who2 land of name-dropping, I heard many a story of T-T from my friend, the late Susan Elliott ( widow of Denholm) when I lived in Ibiza. T-T loved the place…and his gorgeous view villa is now a classy boutique hotel.

Quite a few English actors frequented Ibiza in the 70’s and 80’s…Diana Rigg etc.

Sadly, many of their lives ended tragically although they obviously loved living the life on the White Island before it became a druggy, dance routine for the cheapo 18-30s.

"Oh! well P it's a London thing, it's a daily learning curve"

The *rockstar hot back from their Ireland of Ireland gigs norf an sarf, said:
"Well I know a geezer in The Windmill !"

Me: "The Windmill, well famous goes back years once owned by Paul Raymond (Mr Soho)
I once knew his niece, a right nutter....

"Never say die, it's my gammon & field mushroom risotto tonight and tomorrow's another day!.... 8)
