Well no one has said it so I will.
A Very Merry Christmas to one and all.
Hope everyone has a wonderful day tomorrow and Santa brings you all you desire.
A Happy New Year too, let's hope this coming year sees all the members fit and well at the end of it and this horrible covid pandemic is a thing of the past and we can all get back to something like normality.
Perhaps the reason we are a miserable lot is because there are no snow flakes flashing down the screen this year. So hoping you have a very merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Someone has to be first. It doesn't make everyone else miserable because they didn't start the ball rolling.
Actually, reading the heading of the thread made me, well not exactly miserable, but sad.

it is what you do with what happens to you.

I’d quite forgotten….although I did wonder why there was a sudden spate of ancient movies on TV
I gather HM is spending it all alone….unless you count C&C. Must be awful rattling around in that draughty castle. I’ll be spending it counting off the days to my flight into Egypt….mirroring the Holy Family if you believe that particular fairy story.
Otherwise….bah humbug to the lot of you!

Yes a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to one and all. Newcastle I hope Santa manages to fill your stockings!!!
MT where are you these days? We're missing your posts. I won't be at Midnight communion this year but I've bought a bottle of Harvey's Bristol Cream for a tenner at Sainsburys instead.
I will be spending it alone this year as most will be away overseas, but I managed to buy a 5lb crown, I can't imagine what I'll do with it after 2 days.

You could wear it while watching the real Queen’s speech
An oldie but a goodie, taken before the first lockdown.
I am not deceased quelling any and all local rumors, and Nick is holidaying amongst you 'lotus-eaters, fighting off the
forces of 'gentrification with a 'bit o'bakshesh... I will return, mark my words...
In case I forget "A very Merry Chrimbo one and all!"........
Ps: If you didn't get it! It's the 'Holy Trinity in Luxor and "I'm meant to be the baby Jesus"....
Pss: Must dash probably missing The Great Escape again...and again....and.... f*ck it!

Oh The Great Escape, it was the Guns of Navaronne when I lived there. Nothing like a good war movie to instill the spirit of Christmas and good will to all men.
