Tonight BBC1 2030 hrs.

Highly recommended, as it holds a large place in my Heart.

About 20 years ago I popped in to see my Dr on my way to work to inform her, I had a heart attack during the night.
She huffed & puffed, but then phoned for an ambulance,
within 20 minutes I was laying on the slab in the London Heart Hospital.
A couple of £2k each inserted stents later they put me onto a ward.

Now, this place is full of people having heart attacks and dying. 'note: 'Not a very quite hospital.
I wandered off looking for a quiet place to have a fag, finding an empty TV room I turned on't telly.
Lo and behold just starting... 'Meet Joe Black. 1998.

A fascinating film about dying and facing death.
The dying was Bill Parish a namesake, played by the fabulas Anthony Hopkins. (spooky)
My heart 'skipped a beat, was this another of my many synchronistic experiences ?

Anyhow a really great film and highly recommended with Brad Pitt playing Mr Dea'th.
Another plus, when I looked out of the window opposite was a pub.... 8)

Ps: If you have a heart attack, check out the pubs' toilets great cartoons by previous heart attack victims..

Pss: Bet next week we get 'The Tartan covid variant! expect another lockdown...

Well, 'was that good or Was that really good ?

20 years later with help from our beautiful NHS, I was able to appreciate the film even more the second time around.

I would love such a death, (who should not ?)
I've already planned my mummification with help from a 'few special friends,
but seriously, I doubt that I will have those few precious days luxuriating it, as did Bill Parish.

As an ex paramedic and human, I've had observed death many times even arrested it a few times,
but death and humans dying still electrify me.

So take that 'jab you know it makes sense and it might just save a life or two... 8)
Ps: "or even mine or yours........'Be Lucky!

We completed our two jabs last week. No side effects. Actually beginning to enjoy some social interaction here now. Very glad we're not in the UK with all the stupidity that is going on though.
Another film to take a look at, thank you G.
