At long last, the government has clarified the acceptable reasons for travelling abroad, and the evidence you may need to present.
This applies from next Monday 8 March.

I don’t know if “volunteering” to paint Carrie’s table qualifies ......
Meanwhile, Cyprus is so desperate for tourists that they are offering to let in Brits who are suitably vaccinated without the need to quarantine or be tested on arrival.
Agia Napa will be even more of a hell hole than usual with the influx of tattoos and bimbos.
