New Phone

I desperately need a new smart phone but the one I have remembers my password which I always forget.
If I buy a new phone and use the same sim will the info be transferred or will I lose it all?

As long as everything is saved to the Sim, rather than the phone, the new phone will have exactly the same information on it. However, not sure about the password - I don’t use one on my phone because, like you, I’d forget it!!!

If you are using Gmail or have a Google account you new phone should pick up all your contacts. Passwords I'm not so sure about so you might have to make a written list which you can then eat once all have been transferred.
