It amazes me that the agent based system has survived 15 years of internet based booking direct with venues and I always think using agents says something for the intelligence and lack of independence of certain nations/classes - psycho-geriatrics excused.

With the massive China tourism trade the rule for the under 40's seems to be - 1st trip booked with an agent - 2nd trip booked oneself so a Sawiris future of being tied to agents might not be as smart as appears to some.
