Hello To All

Post by minimeben »

Hi All,

Just stumbled across this fantastic forum and really hoping that it'll be helpful for our planned Egyptian travels.

We're long time visitors to Turkey (30 visits in 20 years), but now the kids are young adults me and the better half are looking for that something different, something new and we believe Egypt to be that place that'll provide us with the new adventure we are seeking.

Anyway, I may ask some stupid questions, but they'll all be with the purpose of making sure no time is spent making rookie mistakes, so please entertain us as one day I / We may be in a position to offer sound advice like the regular travelers / local legends do on here.

Cheers Adam & the better half (Donna)

Welcome to you minimeben. I hope you find all the answers to your questions. I like to think no question is too silly to be asked, (even if some of tbe answers given might be  ). So, ask away and we'll all do our best to help.
It's quite refreshing to read of a devotee to Turkey choosing to visit Egypt. Of recent times, many devotees to Egypt have spread tbeir wings and are trying out places like Turkey and Morocco.

Enjoy the Luxor4U forums.

Thanks HEPZIBAH

We do love Turkey and it certainly is a place that we will continue to visit, but I've always had a burning desire to holiday in Egypt due to everything it has to offer, so I'm hopeful we will come and wet our appetites and return for years to come.
