Someone keeps sending me messages on messenger, not a friend on Facebook, don't really do that thing. How can I block this person from messaging me? I don't want to uninstall messenger. The number is already blocked on my phone from ringing me and also from sending me the ordinary text message.

First you tap on the person you need to block to open the contact. At the top of your phone, right hand side you have a column of three vertical dots, tap twice and it gives you a menu. Scroll down until you come to ''block this person.'' Tap this and they are blocked until you want to unblock them. Have had to block many over the last few months.
