Thanks. I enjoyed looking at those. The one of the Hotel Cecil, Alexandria, made me have a wry laugh. It commented on its grandeur back then. My room, in the hotel I stayed in over new year 2016/17, overlooked the Hotel Cecil. It looked pretty darned grand then too, especially when compared to the flea pit I'd found myself in.

Tahrir Square was so lovely and green in the 60s. Wonderful photo of the Abu Simbel reconstruction.
