Incident in Stockholm Sweden

News reports are saying a truck has driven into people in a store in Stockholm killing at least 3 people, plus a shooting incident elsewhere.

So the Yanks became 1" close to the Ruskies being really really angry...
Now do the ruskies use the imperial or metric system.
