For a few months now I peruse their guests, normally looking up people I know or have met.
I have hundreds of interesting people downloaded, I listen to their views and record choices,
usually when radio 4 is boring.

Today I was listening to James Burke, remember him from tomorrows World ?
When I was a nipper I was taken to these weekly parties by my Mum for 'old-people in Oakwood House, Maidstone College of Art.

James I remember, played Spanish guitar I used to nip off to use the colleges outdoor swimming pool.
Years later, and with age I also realised that they were all 'smokers & tokers.

Anyhow there are thousands of interesting guests on D.I.D. something I would love to do, tune in it's fun.... 8)

Ps: Keith Floyd (the chef) was there, he was a smoker.......

Went to Leicester Square one Saturday morning for pre-viewing of a new film by David Thewlis.

It was like going to Saturday morning 'flics at the ABC with your mates, it was sunny.

We were good in it, but only we knew it was us..
After about 12ish all the cast & crew liggers, girlfriends, pals & journo's were in the bar.

Quite quite mad, my lot had surround Billy Connelly whist everybody there totally ignoring the No Smoking signs.
I slipped amongst them with drinks quietly reminding them Billy was on the wagon with both booze & fags.

I retreated to a quite table with only Kathy on it 2 gins down, One of the funniest times ever and she's from Islington.
Saturday afternoon in Leicester Sq with loads of drunk interesting people... 8)

At the launch of Irv's 'Filth down Brick lane one night, I was in the gents, next urinal was Jarvis Cocker.
"Alright Jar, 'how come we always meet in toilets ?"
He stared down at me ever the common man,

"So Is Nick doing your head then ?
"F*ckin right he is!" then trotting off for another line...
I knew what he meant!..... 8)
