It's been many years for something to alter and enhance our culinary tastes.
Remember 'cod in a bag' ? well this is 'unctuous pig in a bag.

My mate Fergus, a great chef invented this little 'gem in a bag, a few years back.
He got 'screwed by the producers, but bounced back 6 years later to reintroduce the best additive since the Oxo cube.

Now I'm an ex-chef but, still a great chef and this little baby will alter your lives, buy it, use it, become a great Chef!
just like me.......

I lunched today in their bar, brown crab on toast and cider.
Tonight I'm eating St John's Welsh Rarebit on St John's brown bread.

They even have postcard type recipe cards on their bar for trotter gear use , excellent people excellent restaurant... 8)

Ps: My insistence that they reintroduced the best ever Onion Bread led to nothing, but at least I won on the trotter gear!

My mate kept pigs in a forest he owned. They were great, they cleared all the scrub and thistles off the forest floor so it was navigable once again.
once they had done their job over a period of a few months and they had been fattened up, it was off to the abattoir with them.

As his 5 year old son Freddie told me as they were being loaded onto the trailer... "The only bit of a pig you can't eat is the Oink" ! :up

I'm having a Pigfest on Saturday morning with my mate Gendalf at my local cafe. I have not seen him for a while so we'll be having a catchup natter as well.
It takes them 20 mins to cook the breakfast after you order it, a sign of a good meal. :eat
