Incognito
I took my lust for wandering
Incognito I did go
But no disguise would hide me
My tell-tale signs did show.
I wondered as I wandered
If others would let me be
Alas they saw my real design
Oh how they thwarted me!
A new disguise I know I’ll find
Before much time has passed
I’ll not give up my prying ways
Or miss all that has amassed.
My value in this world of ours
It is above all others
I have the right to speak out loud
No matter whom it bothers.
But incognito I will go
Again and yet again
Because my lust for wandering
Is also quite a game.
