An Egyptian court sentenced on Saturday the administrator of the popular Facebook page “The Diary of a Suffering Man,” Taymour El Sobky, Saturday to three years in prison with hard labour for “spreading false news that aims to disrupt public peace.”

The sentence comes after Egypt’s Prosecutor-General ordered Sobky’s arrest last month over comments he made on the television program Momkin (It’s Possible) that almost 50 percent of Egyptian women have either cheated on their husbands or “seek out” immorality

Collectively, how many years inside do you think us lot would get for just a small selection of past comments on here. But then again, its how they are read, not necessarily if they are fully or even partially understood.

From the comments I read on social media, they'd have to lock up half the country.

The policy when trying to supress undesirable chatter is to make an example of someone prominent......which lets us off

Think the remark he made Newcastle was "women in upper Egypt." Perhaps that's why they are trying to ban the niqab wearing in public then they know what they are up to.
