All sorts of my special Herbs x 1 handful.
Mushroom stalks.
Old Tomatoes.
Any old bits of frozen Italian or Spanish chorizo.
1 x Btl 'corked Cape Bay Chardonnay.
Any old mouldy cheeses.
Slow Broil for 2-3 days adding any i:e: 'dregs of wine or beer, half eaten chicken, beef burgers et al.
Pass through a 'chinois then,............
warm first and float atop really cheap Egyptian Brandy stand well back...'Alight, Ha 'Wumphf!!!
add butter & cream freshly grated parmesan & squeeze in half a lemon.
Serve immediately with Croutons & a dry white wine. mmmmm enjoy!...
