Well if the vines haven't been tended for a few thousand years one doubts it, but find the DNA clone the vine and all is possible.
A pal Clair Chamberlain was handed some seeds from her great grandfather Neville one of our Prime Ministers,
they grew we took them to The Royal Botanical Gardens at Kew they identified the strain but said they had never seen the flowers before.

The seeds were given to Neville Chamberlain by Howard Carter who found them in Tut's Tomb. 'strange but true.
Oh! The plants they died, through lack of water as they were in a Devon Holiday cottage we once owned....

I need to be more Pacific. What i meant was after his or her own reign is it possible for wine to be produce from that estate.

For example say Horemheb is long dead could it be possible that they were producing wine 14 years after death

Of course the vineyards of Horemheb's reign would be producing wine before, during and after his reign!

But egyptologists assume that a wine jar marked "nth year of Pharaoh X" means Pharaoh X was alive in that year. When you look at all the wind dockets of all the pharaohs, this seems consistent with other evidence as to the length of the reigns.

The name of any vineyard would presumably change , on the death of the owner, to the name of his successor.

I can't think of any reason why a docket would show a regnal year beyond the actual years of a particular pharaoh.
