Quite a simple job to make your own using an empty water bottle, fine plastic tube and a tube of super glue. result, 100% off. My two loos both have these, the jet of water is so strong that it could wash the facing walls, and, as they have been connected directly to the hot water system would not like to imagine what it would do to ones dangly bits if used.
