So the acclimatisation goes well, not too much died during my absence, they are knocking down an old family home 2 doors away, It's quite fascinating watching and somewhat observing the extended families mourning & remembering of their past-memories .
NB: Will have to watch out for scorpions wanting to relocate...
I'm back, the word has reached the 'streets, 'quite amazing just how many friends one has ? it's like bleeding Victoria station round here.
'Chill I'm acclimatising......

So, sitting with all the son's watching their family home and memories disappear into dust, such is 'the great eating, all returns to dust'.
An old man presented me with a present, a desiccated rat, I'll probably encase it it polymer and use it as an ash-tray...

If things can go wrong they will,
'la..****... Whaaala!
Yesterday my mate Sabra (village Omda) reckons 'her next door, my other daughter is getting hitched. I thought he was joking, as usual.
Today she confirmed it, don't know when, or to whom other than he's from our village, this should make for one interesting coming year!
So Aida, bless
'Mabrouk' will be no-more than the 'sweepings on the floor, having a kid every nine months, she's not built for childbearing.
So, what does one get a married couple for a wedding present ? 'dog-colar, wide screen TV ?

And I always thought that she was cleverer than that,
Oh well! 'lambs to the slaughter...if she moves in with him I could always build a 'boutique hotel...

How old is she Who2?
From the photo..she certainly looks as though she is a "nice, healthy lassie"who will have no problem bearing children.
If it's what she wants...then be happy for her!
If it's just to satisfy tradition and culture..then I'm sure you will (albeit, maybe behind the scenes) still be the best "adopted"father and grandfather and be interested in her welfare.
Reckon,deep down,that you're just a big "pussycat!"

So the house that was knocked down yesterday, they have already started rebuilding using fired bricks they'll need A/C installed as well.
And people say 'they have No money, really ? ....

Ps: Someone asked me today 'what is egg wipe' ? duh!

Oh well. She got another twenty years to procreate..and give you some lovely "grandchildren."
My friend's sister was 26 before she got married.
God,the shame of it!They all hoped she would find a husband soon!A lovely girl,a teacher in a school.
She settled for someone 12years older than her.A "sleazy"little man..always wanting me to bring mobile fones for him.
But,she was "comfortable"with him!He was pretty well established,had his own flat,etc.
She has two little girls now, beautiful and polite children...but still maintains it wasn't (originally)a "love story."
But..that's her life! And she seems quite settled with it.

Sunday hungover, my builders arrived at 9am to clean the house again duh!
I have been dumping all that is broken 99% Chinese rubbish products.
Took a 450le 2 months old extractor fan back to the Coptic Bros shop, they said they don't guarantee any Chinese products, bas**ds!
It's quite amazing how dusty & dirty on'e house becomes even when I clean it myself.
Signs of a rat in my office chimney and loads of scarab beetles but 'touch wood no scorpions as yet.
Another great curry night at JJ's, whilst there I was also offered a Great Dane puppy, as if ?......

Ps: Dogs are magnetic whilst Cats are electrically based.
