Here's an interesting article from the Telegraph.

I hope there are no stupid people around who believe a romance may happen in Egypt!!

Well I must be stupid because I know quite a lot of very happy marriages between foreigners and Egyptians, marriages that in many cases have lasted years. But of course that's not what interests Telegraph readers or any other readers for that matter. Good news is no news.
I think the only difference being that the people I know are not stupid.

Me too, finally found my perfect soulmate to spend the remaining years with.

As the famous American philosopher once said, ''life is like a box of chocolates, you dip your hand in only to discover some barsteward has nicked all the coffee creams.''

Hmm ... read the article folks. Looks like this woman was on the fiddle before she met her toyboy.
'Sheena Warner, 65, met the local hotel owner in 2012...
'The court heard Warner used her position of trust to siphon money from three companies and into her own bank between January 2009 and November 2013.'

Some people live from very low instincts - Egypt attracts a few of them.

When I saw the heading I thought someone had been selling their story again and thought 'oh no here we go again' but no it's a different person.

Don't know why but this woman appeared on my FB page yesterday, looks about late fifty-ish, stupid and a bit clefty looking then I read on to discover that she had embezzled £500,000 for the Egyptian husband to build a hotel in Sharm. She's in one of Her Majesties hotels now with free Arabic lessons every day in an attempt to discover where she went wrong.
No wedding carrie, her father died at the end of March so a year in black.
