A Womans poem

A WOMAN'S POEM.
He didn't like the casserole,
And he didn't like her cake.
He said her biscuits were too hard...
Not like his mother used to make.
She didn't perk the coffee right
He didn't like the stew.
She didn't mend his socks,
The way his mother used to do.
She pondered for an answer
She was looking for a clue.
Then she turned and smacked his face in,
Like his mother used to do.
