Interesting and even more interesting this fellow happened to know what he was bargaining for, got it and can use it to bring himself back to Egypt.

And now, the Egyptians having been made aware of this artifact, will want it returned. Bad move on his part publishing his name while saying he was coming to Cairo. They wait with baited breath.

Seems pointless the Egyptians troubling him for the maul's return if he's already sold it to fund his trip.... Bet they've already got a number of them tucked away in the vaults of the Egyptian museum anyway.
