Fergus has been awarded The Diners Club Lifetime Achievement Award as part of The World's 50 Best Restaurants Awards 2014, sponsored by S Pellegrino and Acqua Panna, to be held tomorrow at London's Guildhall.... :cool:

Interesting article.
My recent visits to Morocco have put me back in touch (probably a little more than I'm really ready for) with the 'Nose to Tail' practice of eating. It makes good nutritional sense apart from anything else. In theory it should also make good financial sense but I somehow don't think it will when it appears on a London menu!

Don't know if you watch it Who but Master Chef Austrailia visited the UK and his was one of the places featured.

All the World's top Chef's have a 'funday at St John's annually, last time I was asked to exit stage left as deemed 'a ligger... :cool:
Ps: John Tarode has a place just round the corner or did do.
