The tomb is real. But the only thing in it that may actually be genuine is the bones.
It's likely an advertising video to dupe some stupid buyer into purchasing some of these fakes. These sorts of videos are pretty commonly in circulation.

My first thought was an elaborate hoax of some sort. Its well illuminated in there and clearly has been known about for some time.
I know these finds take time to document and then move the items out into museums, but I doubt its an official tomb.
All that stuff "what looks like gold" wouldn't be hanging about in a cave this long either..
