Did King Solomon /Amenhotep III have power over the Djinn

This article on a website says that according to the testament of Solomon, King Solomon had power over the Djinn.

Though the djinn can be conjured in magical rites, they are difficult to control. One individual said to have complete power over the djinn was the legendary Biblical King Solomon. God gave Solomon a copper and iron magic ring that enabled him to subdue djinn, and which protected him from their powers. The Qur’an tells how the king made them work at building palaces, making carpets, and creating ponds, statues and gardens. Whenever Solomon wanted to travel to faraway places, the djinn carried him on their backs.
Sooooo. Ahmed Osman claims King Solomon was none other than Amenhotep III. So were the 18th dynasty involved with the Djinn? Is that why they moved cities?
Crikey , I decided to look up the testament of Solomon, and it is all about Solomon commanding demons and ordering them to build his temple ( or djinn), IS this how the pyramids were built perhaps...
