We have an air con going spare.
We bought it second hand,along with some other ones. This one is what they call a Hole in wall unit here. It is no good to us as we have a brand new flat and owner will not have a bloody gert big hole knocked out of the new walls, understanderbly.
Don't know its value, but if anyone wants to offer us a fair price (to put towards a new ordinary unit) give me a PM. It is here in Karnak.

If he see's the hole just tell him that its an extra window that will enhance and up the value of the flat.
