22 members of the Muslim Brotherhood arrested in Luxor and Qena.
Security forces arrested 22 Muslim Brotherhood, in the provinces of Luxor and Qena, in a extensive police operation security crackdown at dawn on Sunday.
Police forces raided Muslim Brotherhood leaders houses in Luxor and arrested four of them, said a senior security source level, public prosecutor ordered them to be brought in for questioning for incidents of violence and vandalism.
Also police forces in the province of Qena raided houses of the leaders of the Muslim Brotherhood and the Freedom and Justice party and arrested 18 of them for organizing a protest in the center "zinnia" northern province of Luxor, what he described as a "siege" of mosques and storming and use of deadly violence to demand the return of former President Mohamed Morsi to power again.
