Yahoo7/Classic homepage
I have been using the latest version of Yahoo7 as my homepage, but recently changed to Yahoo Classic (on their pop-up suggestion), as my computer was running really slowly. It is now back up to speed, but I cannot figure to how to get back to the other version. Any ideas from the resident techxperts, please?

I have a feeling that for a long time you could choose between them and opt to keep swapping between the two. I think they then made it so that once you'd gone to newer version (the one they kept promoting through pop-ups) you couldn't swap back.
(But I may not be remembering this right as I've not had any coffee yet to help me.)

I have never been able to use Yahoo since moving here, all it does is slow things down, I have the same problem with MSN, so always use Google as my home page and for everything else, e-mails the lot.. But then again I also have to use Chrome and not Internet Explorer, goodness knows why?

Thanks, H, I guess I've got more important things to worry about!HEPZIBAH wrote:I have a feeling that for a long time you could choose between them and opt to keep swapping between the two. Re: Yahoo7/Classic homepage
I don't have a home page, thanks to Google Chrome! I have its new tab page which shows me 8 separate pages, depending on how often I use them. So, I have 4 thumbnails on the page in order of popularity
The Guardian
Luxor4U
BBC Radio
(and for my shame, but in reality to make me laugh)The Daily Snail!
I guess it's like Favourites, but on one page.

I might agree with you, but then we'd both be wrong!

Macs have a Bookmark Bar and Top Sites. The latter sounds like yours. I just use the Bar, as my favourites are all visible horizontally across the top and with one click, I'm there.
