Egypt's antiquities minister in temporary charge at culture ministry

Egypt's prime minister, Kamal El-Ganzouri, has appointed Minister of State for Antiquities Mohamed Ibrahim to take charge of affairs at the Ministry of Culture until the formation a new government by President-elect Mohamed Morsi.
El-Ganzouri's decision came after former culture minister Mohamed Saber Arab resigned so he could be nominated for the State Award for Social Science. Ministers cannot be nominated for the prize whilst in office.

68 trains between Cairo and Upper Egypt? I assume that this includes some trains fairly local to Cairo - maybe as far as Beni Suef?
I've never found an on-line non-Arabic timetable for local trains,...
