"We may live without music, poetry and art;
We may live without conscience and live without heart;
We may live without friends; we may live without books;
But civilized man cannot live without Cooks"......
'Athenus 2ndC years ago, really old. but nice eh?
"So Girls, get back in that kitchen with some attitude this time and not a slave to the kitchen sink or the hunter/gatherer awaiting his supper whist watching the news......'I should be 'ont-telly.....

Already did that this morning...and yesterday. On the menu for today's lunch
grilled tilapia
French glazed carrots
mish cheese in phyllo dough
tossed salad
potatoes with garlic cheese sauce
Also have some pureed turnip and carrot for dinner, to be accompanied by khobeza soup and whatever is leftover from the above foods.
Topped off with strawberry milk pudding.

Do you cook to live or live to cook? It looks like Glyph follows the latter option with that lunch menu

Lunch today... warm home-made bagels with cream cheese and finely chopped home-grown garlic chives, white grapes (which are magnificent lately), fresh-squeezed juice from our home-grown oranges. Deee-lish!
