citric acid = ليْموني، حَمْضـي
tartaric acid = حمض الطرطريك

No home brew shops on the West Bank, then George...?

I want to make Roses' PLJ and I only know of one 'home brew shop here, but do know an Arack distiller further North, disgusting stuff if not mind-rotting then gut-rotting to say the least........8)

if you want a bottle of the real stuff, I'm on a quick trip "over there" shortly and there'd be room in the suitcase...

Would happily swap several bottles of Pure Lemon Juice for bottles of Arak from the Monastery at Naqada next time I am over, but that will not be before November.
