I want to make Roses' PLJ and I only know of one 'home brew shop here, but do know an Arack distiller further North, disgusting stuff if not mind-rotting then gut-rotting to say the least........

Would happily swap several bottles of Pure Lemon Juice for bottles of Arak from the Monastery at Naqada next time I am over, but that will not be before November.

The difference is, lemon juice readily available here and Rose's PLJ not available here......
