chopped onion
stock
smoked bacon bits
herbs, ect...

parmegiano or rhomi grated & dried
ripped cilantro or jerjear
Sweat off all sweaty things in oil and butter bung in pots and stock from last nights chicken chasseur's marinade, simmer couple hours bung in wine and seasoning. And smoked bacon bits.
I forgot tub of zebardee knob of butter..
Serve hot with grated parmegiano and fresh bread.
or chill in fridge 'ripped cilantro dust smoked paprika....nice summer afternoon refresher washed down with a chilled White.......
