I would use the same that the Egyptians call some women - SHA-MOOTA meaning prostitute (slapper, slut etc), If a guy takes money for sex thats what he is too, except you would say SHA-MOOT for a man, im sure he will understand

In Zanzibar they have a briliant word for the beach sellers that hassle you. It's Papissi which means Tic.
I quite like this saying, as it seems quite apt!

Well, they do call the gigolos' customers mummia (mummies). It's pretty self-explanatory.
