Twice smoked battered Herring...

Visit Metro TV St
1 x 14" doubel smoked herring
1 x Lge 'Red Organic Egg Yolk only
First pressed Olive Oil
freshly ground black & white peppercorns.
single cream
ripped flat-leaf parsley
anglesey sea salt;
Method:
Soften Herring by slight battering over annoying persons head.
remove from plastic covering.
chill for 3 hrs
make fresh mayonnaise with the rest of ingredients.
Chilled Sherherazade Chardonnay
Warmed Baladi 'crusty Bread.....eat......be happy.......8) [/u]

Afterthought/aftereat:
Before Chilling rip the skin and wash several times in cold running water.
Discard the Anglsey Sea Salt.
Far too salty adjust with a bottle of Red Obilisk.....'still smilin...8)
