I'll try to post a video from the Today Show today. There's been a lot in the news lately about a study on the worse things to eat. The top one is a chicken carbonara from some fast food place that is 2500 calories and three or four days worth of fat. Interesting information:

There is a specific name this is called but the specific name isn't coming to me right now but basically it is a deep fried whole onion that has been battered and scored or cut so that when it is deep fried it comes out looking like a flower. MEGA FAT and CALORIES. Your arteries just clog up looking at it.....

I didnt realise that the Tagine i helped to make with a couple of chickens, potatoes and tomatoes etc also contained all the insides of the chicken , and then CRACK open the head and in they go.
I didnt fancy the thought and still see the "brains" in own mind.
:P
