Pear,stilton and walnut salad as a starter and so easy

Crumble some stilton into some single cream and heat gently,slice pears and toss in lemon juice then serve with some salad leaves and more crumbled stilton on top Then for sweet instead of xmas pud,homemade sticky toffee pud with toffee and walnut sauce which can then be served with cream or ice cream
