Recepies for tagliatelle

Does anyone have any good recepies for tagliatelle (apart from carbonara 
) and specifically vegatarian if poss - I am making up one tonight with spring onions, broccoli,peas and mushrooms a fresh chilli garlic with avocado and creme fraiche - adding a few scollops for the old man 
Would like any ideas for adding a bit of interest as it is something we enjoy but welcome any interesting suggestions
We have a wonderful wine to go with it called "cats pee on a gooseberry bush"!! (a new zealand sauvingnon blanc )
