Spaghetti cheese.
I've discovered a new, quick, simple and cheap spaghetti dish folks.
You will need.
Enough dry spaghetti for two.
A nob of butter.
About six average size soft ripe red tomatoes.
A pack of Feta cheese.
An egg, or two eggs if you like.
Salt and pepper to taste
Break pasta into short pieces and add to 'salted' boiling water in the usual way (cook for 8 to 10 minutes). Drain when cooked.
For the sauce, you chop up some soft ripe red tomatoes and fry them in butter.
When tomatoes are mushy, add feta cheese and stir in an egg.
(Don't over cook)
Salt and pepper to taste.
Mix the drained spaghetti and sauce together.
Serves two, (or one if Jojo's the other half, she loves Italian food).
There are no set rules as to amounts, just adjust the ingredients to your own taste and go for it.
It's so simple to make, and quite wonderful. Try it.
