Are you really going to go to the trouble of making the Kofta, felafel and Dolma though??
Takes me ages to make all of them from fresh! Far too lazy! I run round to the Grilling shop and buy them!
You can get some great packet mixes for falafel for about a pound. Dead easy to make and are really tasty too. Most high street supermarkets now stock them.

One lot is made by a company called Al Fez, which I think I bought from Asda and another box is by Al wadi from Tesco, I think. Both of these supermarkets where I live have a world food isle and I found them there. Good luck with the search. (both boxes make about 15-20 falafels each depending upon size.)
