Flour,water,salt-mix,kneed roll out on old drum, throw in embers...eat when cooked...fresh but emberish...

This is Hassan a very wise Bedu I met in the desert, it's his garden, in his garden he finds many old things..
One day I asked him how many children he had, he had 22 but 5 died, this is Hassan...

Well after reading this wonderful book, made their 'no knead bread.
It worked, I was left quite stunned after years of trying.

It's a really interesting story and seems to have a happy ending.....
