Well there are a few fire engine garages dotted around the City, and some mighty dodgy electrical systems ( That be why Home Insurance is sparce ) I just wondered there is a number for Police, a number for Ambulance, but not a number for fire. I was only enquiring! Thanks for the UK number Newc. I suppose you are correct in publishing this number because that's where most of the ex pats live now anyway. I was asking for the real ex pats that live in Luxor, surely you must know the number here in Egypt? Does it come under Civil Defence? Is it run by Athur Brown. Perhaps it's a case of doing the same thing as the small boy does it the statue in the City of Brussels.
We will hold a village party Hepzi, has a thank you for their respect and help over the past 7 years, regarding my last thing to do, it will not need a blue touch paper, just a string around the head so the jaw does not get broken when it hits the ground
Anyone seeing frequent patterns in numbers ? eg, 111, or 1111 and if so do you have a reliable source for what these mean.. Thanks.

I'd be interested to know how those figures relate geographically speaking - I suspect that they can be largely attributed to the Red Sea resorts but most likely not to Luxor.
