hi, I tried koshari in Cario last time I came and I guess it's not too difficult to make, but does anyone have a recipe for it?

It was very filling..! I really enjoyed it so I thought I'd have a go at making it. i guess it might not be the same at home eating it as it would be sat on the nile though.! :D

Urbi - not sure whereabouts in the UK you are, but if you head to Edgware Road in London you can get the best koshari outside Egypt!!! :D :)
